This was taken outside a restaurant called The Elephant Bar - I think it's a chain; in fact, right around the Chandler Mall area, the only businesses that can afford to be there seem to be chains. I tend to prefer locally owned places, but a girl's gotta eat

Interesting facts are also disturbing that only chains can afford to move there. What does that say about your city fathers and the local taxes?
